Dear Board Members,

It’s time for CA Day Registration!  As many of you know from past experience The Property Group attends the annual community association education event every year.  And we encourage you to attend with us! This is an excellent educational opportunity for Board Members, Community Volunteers, and Management Company Staff.  Outlined below (and attached) is an invitation to attend CA Day at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle on Saturday, September 26th.  It is a wonderful way to meet other community volunteers, share experiences, increase your knowledge regarding community association volunteering and learn how to foster a sense of community and increase value in your association.

Please review the sessions offered below.  There are three sessions throughout the day and in each session you have your choice of one of four presentations (1A, 1B, 1C, or 1D… repeat for sessions 2 and 3).  Lunch is provided.  You can meet with numerous vendors and view products and services for your community including reserve study specialists, insurance companies, contractors, attorney’s, debt collectors, etc.  You will also have many opportunities to win nifty prizes following the last session.  In past years several of our volunteers have won gift certificates to restaurants or services, some have even won electronics and televisions!

The early registration cost for the day including lunch is $114 through 9/4/2015, after that the cost increases to $134.  WSCAI Members receive a $30 discount.
