The Property Group is proud to partner with Homewise to deliver required HOA and COA documents for the resale or refinance of your home. HOA’s generally only require Escrow Demands. COA’s generally require Resale Certificates, Lender Questionnaires, Escrow Demands, and other documents. There is no cost to sign up. The only charges for the purchase of documents. First Time Users
- Follow the link to register: Homewise
- Click on “SIGN UP” near the top of the screen.
- Write down the User ID and password that you have chosen.
Ordering Sale or Refinance Documents
Once you have finished your online account registration you will be redirected to the homepage of Homewise. Enter in your login information and click the login button and follow the site to access the information you are seeking as follows:
- Click on “Place New Orders”
- Find Homeowners Association by Association Name or Unit Address
a) Enter the name of the association or address (not The Property Group)
You may either search by the name of the Association or the unit address that is being sold. Entering an address is not required. However, entering a city name and state or zip code is required
Upon submission you will get a list of projects found. Choose the one that you are searching by double clicking on the project name. This will bring you to a screen that will enable you to choose the type of product you require. Enter any/all information as directed. Please note that all Association Documents included in the package being ordered will be available at the bottom of the page.
All requests are submitted immediately to The Property Group. You will be notified via email that your request is completed. Please note that Lender/Mortgage Questionnaires and Resale Certificates must be paid for in advance. After payment is submitted, your request will be submitted immediately to The Property Group.
When your order is completed, return to Homewise. Log back into Homewise to retrieve your documents. If you opted to have your documents mailed to you it may take a few additional days. Your request and any documents can be immediately printed or downloaded to your PC.
